After two different companies failed attempts at aligning my Silverado 2500HD and blaming it on just about everything short of air temperature, I listened to a friend when he said take it to Crane and Templet. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there. They identified worn parts that needed to be replaced before they could work their magic. Great service!!! Polite and knowledgeable staff. Upfront and accurate pricing. I am completely satisfied! I had my tires replaced and a front wheel alignment completed. My vehicle drive great and the shaking from my tires not being balanced is gone. Thank you!
The owner was very thorough in explaining the problem with my vehicle. He offered repair options, but didn't try to force me into anything that I didn't want.
