Amazingly helpful in-person staff. Dr Mundinger is incredibly personable, concise, and knowledgeable. His confidence and professionalism were reassuring during the pre-op and surgical process. The nursing staff (shoutout Lauren and Veronica) were super friendly and supportive. The process of getting to the stage of surgery was a bit confusing. Im 10 months post op phalloplasty with Dr. Santucci. I couldn’t be anymore happier with my choice of surgeon. All of the staff there treats me nice as well. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Impossibly frustrating front desk staff.
Stay away from this place. Underneath the veneer, the people running this office are snakes and liars. I had a vaginoplasty with Dr. Santucci in 2022, and while he was at the time a nice enough person with good bedside manner... my surgical results were not just aesthetically poor but functionally. I've had partial wound dehiscence in four places and my body has rejected permanent anchor sutures after two years; causing me constant pain. Dr Mundinger was amazing for my FFS surgery! His staff was very polite and helpful aswell! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for gender affirming surgery! I thought the process would be hard but honestly this was such an easy, quick and amazing experience! Thank you again!
