Front desk/admin team completely unprofessional and MIA as the norm. Surgeon and a few people along the way were nice, but no one took accountability for the horrible experience I had. Traumatizing and life consuming to get through to surgery and uncaring and inconsistent with post op care.
I have been trying to schedule this surgery since November of 2024. They cancelled my original summer date with no explanation and no consultation. I have to call the front desk to get someone to bother the patient coordinator, Allissa, to answer the multiple phone calls I leave days, even weeks, in a row. The experience that I have had has been extremely positive and even tho I had open wounds in the beginning Dr. Deleon and her staff have always been supportive and helped us through the roughest time and now I am going for my last part of my surgery and Dr. Santucci has been phenomenal and very supportive and informative. Had a double incision top surgery. Dr DeLeon is truly a master at her work. The office staff worked hard to find a way to help me afford my procedure, and the vibe in the office was always super welcoming and helpful. Getting this surgery took a weight off my chest, pun intended, and I am so glad to live in this body that the Crane Center helped me to make feel more like home.
