The experience that I have had has been extremely positive and even tho I had open wounds in the beginning Dr. Deleon and her staff have always been supportive and helped us through the roughest time and now I am going for my last part of my surgery and Dr. Santucci has been phenomenal and very supportive and informative. Had a double incision top surgery. Dr DeLeon is truly a master at her work. The office staff worked hard to find a way to help me afford my procedure, and the vibe in the office was always super welcoming and helpful. Getting this surgery took a weight off my chest, pun intended, and I am so glad to live in this body that the Crane Center helped me to make feel more like home.
It’s been several months now and the Crane keeps denying my referral letter from my psychiatrist. They never provide exact details of what needs to be changed just the generic response of “here are the requirements” nothing else. I finally just got my doctor to write a letter as well and sent that via email to the Crane Center letters department. It’s been weeks and STILL NO RESPONSE. I called yesterday and it went to VM. First review 10/8: Been trying to schedule for a couple weeks now, I get an appointment and it's all the way out- they call to tell me they have an opening and reschedule for today, only to spring consent forms with a soft BMI limit on me in the portal, then move my appointment back by an entire hour without asking, just leaving a voicemail informing me they had.
