Went in for a consultation. Saw Dr Wood who said he would reach out to see if anything was an option. I have called once every two weeks since this appointment months ago and have not heard from Dr Wood. In our meeting he didn’t seem as if he could care less. Avoid this place and Dr Wood especially if possible.
Overall a great experience, the staff was very nice and I highly recommend coming here!
Have not been happy with our experience. Would NOT recommend this practice to anyone!!! While staff are very nice we had one new staff member put brackets on wrong so they had to be removed and replaced which was painful for my daughter. Most recently the staff member working on my daughter was messing with her hair because it was not put up for work. She touched her gloves hand to her hair and put her hand directly into my daughter's mouth. We then had to wait while she tried figuring out her watch. So unprofessional. But w... read more
I had such a great experience today! Cassandra walked me through all of the steps as she did them and it was so nice and helpful. She was amazing! Everybody was super nice and helpful.
