Started with Crane and Seager, had a wonderful experience, now with the transition, less than great experience, the schedulers are seem annoyed each time I call and availability is very limited, although we are completely paid up, had to wait additional 3 weeks past target follow up date because so few times available.
Terrible experience. Not happy with my results at all.
I started with Crane & Seager in 2019. All was going well until COVID hit. During that time, services were paused. A few years later, they contacted me wanting to continue. I was 100% paid in full. I was wanting to switch from Invisalign to braces but it would cost me an additional $600. I was not able to pay more at that time. I have attempted to call them multiple times, leaving voicemails, sent several emails; no response. I have asked for a full refund and/or finish up my services. NEVER any communication back. Have not been happy with our experience. While staff are very nice we had one new staff member put brackets on wrong so they had to be removed and replaced which was painful for my daughter. Most recently the staff member working on my daughter was messing with her hair because it was not put up for work. She touched her gloves hand to her hair and put her hand directly into my daughter's mouth. We then had to wait while she tried figuring out her watch. So unprofessional. Great experience. Unfortunately, my permanent bottom retainer broke the night before and they were able to get me in ASAP the next day to fix the issue. Dr Seager was easy to talk to, kind, and professional. The office staff as a whole was great. The office itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend coming here.
