I was a tenant in a unit this firm was selling and was treated as an obstacle. One representative was commenting on my personal photos/trinkets during shoots. Another time on a Friday evening, they squeezed in last-minute tours with only hours of notice. They gave a notice for one tour not two. When I raised concerns, a representative threatened to "get the landlord involved" instead of addressing the scheduling conflict.
