Dr. Crane has been my family physician for over 10 years. Two years ago she referred me to several very well respected specialists. As I struggled with with one of the specialist's busy schedule, Dr. Crane pitch hit and prescribed medicine more effective than the specialist did. I recently met with the specialist who said, "Let's keep doing what is working," referring to the medicine Dr. Crane prescribed.
There’s a $2,200 fee that is needed to be a member prior to even becoming a patient 😂😂😂 highly illegal
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I just called to ask if they are taking new patients, and the concierge said there is a $2,200 membership fee for new patients which is not covered by insurance. When I asked for clarification on this fee, he became rude and hung up on me. Not worth your time.
Do not recommend
I love Dr. Crane as a doctor, but I find some of the staff in the front desk unfriendly and don't follow up with patients request.
