I wish I could leave a negative star review. Gary Crane ( & Associates) is bought and paid for by Wells Fargo. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE. His initial appraisal of a property reflected a fair market value ($128,000) and the fact that it was a "modular home" - as the history of the home since 1978 reflects and FOUR past appraisals all specifically state. Wells Fargo apparently tries to stay away from "manufactured home" and "modular homes" as I have come to find its an unspoken rule of theirs. As I said, the appraisers initial re... read more
