Do not rent here. They ignore all concerns about issues with residents or the building. I emailed and called countless times in my time living there about my neighbors smoking indoors and throwing parties regularly that went all hours of the night into the early morning and neighbors creating an unsafe environment (witnessing fights, physical violence, etc.) They provided inaccurate documentation about my lease and then leveraged that to charge fees. Terrible Management, Unethical Treatment to Residents. On April 11th 2020 at 8 AM there was a suspicious woman in our lobby with all of her belongings, six bags of belongings & she looked homeless & strung out. I went out the front doors & saw the guys from the lobby the day before (Friday).He was smoking a cigarette with another woman right in front of Academy mortgage.
