Zero response from staff to prospects looking to move in/sign a lease after screening approval. Amazing building with a lot of charm! But being unresponsive with zero follow ups to interested prospects is wild.
Do not rent here. They ignore all concerns about issues with residents or the building. I emailed and called countless times in my time living there about my neighbors smoking indoors and throwing parties regularly that went all hours of the night into the early morning and neighbors creating an unsafe environment (witnessing fights, physical violence, etc.) They provided inaccurate documentation about my lease and then leveraged that to charge fees.
