We sold and bought at the same time. Everything was coordinated leading to a successful back to back closing. Chantel provided insights and motivation (timing, priorities) that made the experience much better than we anticipated.
Ethic practices are questionable at best
We bought our first home through Crane and Crane in September, 2015. It was a delightful experience. My agent made things happen when they were supposed to and she went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them to other folks.
