I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr. Mundinger, PA Jenna, and Dr. Goldstein for the incredible care and expertise they provided during my recent FFS surgery. Went through Crane Center for my FFS and it was an incredible experience. Estimates for billing could have been a little clearer and more transparent, but that's not really what I care about here. Dr. Mundinger and Jenna Strahan were incredible to work with for my surgery, Doc was transparent about the entire process and instead of recommending things he thought I should have done he listened to what I loved and what I wanted to change and then told me how to make that happen and what the risks were. Depersonalization and a Marketing Agency. This is what I received... If you're looking for respect, care and personalized service I don't think this is the right place in my opinion. I'm turned off by the intentional depersonalization attitude by multiple staff members. This place is operating like a marketing agency. They made me feel I'm NOT a person. I can't tolerate this. Like most companies these days, this clinic only cares about money. They don’t care about you or what you’re dealing with or have dealt with. All about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
I was pretty anxious about traveling to a new state and working with a completely new medical team, but Dr. Gallegos and Dr. Goldstein were amazing. Both are incredibly intelligent and have such great bedside manner, they made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff at the hospital and the office were also so kind and welcoming. I’m really grateful for everything this Colorado team did for me. 13/10 — would absolutely recommend!
