Loved renting from them. Reasonable rates, and maintenance calls we're completely handle within 36 hours for non-emergencies. Only quit renting from them because the owner switched management companies, because the owner didn't want to pay for the work that needed done, like replacing the windows that were literally falling apart so bad they couldn't be opened, and had to be plasticed because the drafts were so bad.
I've been renting for nearly five years and have no intentions to move. There is timely response to anything I need to discuss and maintenance issues. I highly recommend.
