Staff is wonderful. Will never return though because doctor is off-putting and rude. I witnessed him intimidate an employee right in front of me and everyone seems awkward around him. I didn't feel welcomed or valued by him. He acted like he didn't have time to be bothered by an old lady. Too many other players in his game to put up with arrogance. You are a country dentist. Act like you care about people.
Everything about this office is great! My husband and I hadn’t been to the dentist in years as we always focused on our kiddos, not too mention I’m terrified of going to the dentist. The staff and doctor are so attentive and truly want the best for you! They took into account that I was nervous about the whole experience and were absolutely awesome! We highly recommend this office!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d care to admit. I’d take my kids, but never made myself a priority. It’s not that I was scared of the dentist, I was just scared of the cost. I made myself an appointment this week. The staff welcomed me when I checked in. What really sold me was my dental hygienist, Kaylyn. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They have been extremely professional, which is obviously coming top down from the leadership up top. Every time I’ve had communication with Doug Cornish DMD, he’s always been kind and professional.
At first I was a little skeptical about this office but after meeting the staff and Sharla I really felt welcomed! I went into the office the first time for an abscess and I was seen right away! I then went back for a tooth extraction(Which I’ve never had done before)and Sharla and Dr.Cornish was so patient with me! Sharla made me feel comfortable and she ensured me that I will be okay and I was! Thanks guys y’all are the BEST!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr.D to everybody!
