D. Cornish was very rude and condescending. He came in with an attitude from start to finish. I came in for a “routine clean” but had some sensitivity issues with my crown. He asked if he could adjust it & when I inquired about what the process entailed, he got defensive & told me he didn’t have to do it if I didn’t want to. Yesterday I went for X-rays and a cleaning, I'm an introvert and absolutely loved that when Doug came in he went straight to work and didn't ask me any unnecessary questions or make me feel bad. I well definitely be back and can not wait!!
DR was not personable and felt a bit unfriendly, Dental assistant needed more practice suctioning. Hurt my mouth. Felt rushed .will not be back.
I have such bad anxiety when it comes to dental visits so I was on edge about trying out a new office. I was so relieved once I got to talk to the staff, they were so sweet and I was able to explain my dental history, they listened and were able to answer my questions kindly. The hygienist was the sweetest and explained everything to me in a way that didn’t make me feel ashamed or dumb, she was gentle and helped me understand my plan. I'm normally nervous and anxious when visiting the dentist, but that wasn't the case here. My dental hygienist, Kassandra, was explaining everything she was doing before and during my exam. She was very patient with me and so kind. I have never had this thorough of a cleaning before and my mouth felt so clean after. Procedures that were needed for follow up were explained and there was a direct answer when it came to fees and scheduling. I look forward to my future visits.
