My husband ordered flowers which were never received. He called several times and there was no answer. Finally , they answered and said they closed up their shop and would credit him for the flowers. No credit. Still nos answer. Do not try to order from this shop
I asked for a very specific arrangement, they made several substitutions without asking. They were closed when I tried to contact them about it so I emailed - no response. I called them the next day and they were dismissive and unapologetic. I was told they would call me later in the day to see what they could do, never returned my call. Very disappointing.
