My experience with this place was arriving to find the place trashed, toilet clogged and no toilet paper. Instead of setting up decorations I had the joy of correcting these issues and starting decorations as guests were arriving. If this wasn't pleasant enough my deposit was held because one of my guests had parked on a PUBLIC street that my taxes pay for. If considering this place I'd strongly advise to reconsider
We had a good experience. Had a birthday party for a little girl. Using it again this year for her 3rd birthday party. Worked out very, very well. We were even given an extra day so decorate so she walked into a magical party.
