Good luck getting any of these slum lords to answer any calls or requests. They will ignore you for months over basic maintenance. You will be SOL if something goes wrong. They are letting their houses rot while charging a ton in rent. They will nickle and dime you constantly. Don’t trust John.
This realtor rents out homes under deplorable conditions and without proper landlord licensing. He also unexpectedly turns off utilities on paying tenants. Shame on you!
Rented an apartment in a city with a reputation for being “fabulous” from a landlord of this association. The apartment had water damage stemming from a hole and other damage in the roof. When repairs were requested, maintenance would just paint over the water damage instead of fixing the hole, which led to more water damage over the course of the year and probably mold.
