I saw Dr Jamie today to have a cracked, problem tooth repaired with a Cerec crown. Dr Jamie, as always, explained the entire process thoroughly and made me feel well informed that this would help resolve my issues. Both Dr Jamie and his assistant Nadine were so caring, professional and extremely efficient. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. My tooth has never felt this good! I did break my teeth and booked online for filling. So I went there and Dr. Amiel did a quick check-up and did an X-ray. Dr. Amiel did the filling as well. So they charged me a $55 consultation fee which I did not book for consultation. Reception informed me that your not paying the consultation fee next time.
I had my first appointment with Dr Gary and was extremely impressed. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Gary carefully discussed my dental health, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. It's refreshing to find a dentist who is genuinely focused on their patients' health and well-being rather than simply getting through appointments.
