Was renovation time We were really nervous about all aspects especially our hybrid flooring and carpet. Colours / materials/ removal / installation and of course cost what a nightmare. THEN ENTER SHANAE (and her team) CARPET COURT CRANBOURNE Supportive, patient, giant samples we could take to try at home and shopping for furniture, excellent installers, home delivered an additional carpet rug and a very competitive price. My wife and I are delighted with our experience with Cranbourne Carpet Court. Our new carpets and blinds have transformed the appearance of our dated home. Sean and Shanae were terrific to deal with during the product selection and quoting stages, while Sam and Luka (carpets) and Derren (blinds) were excellent during installation. We are repeat customers, having had a similar experience (also carpets and blinds) at our previous home.
They are not working professionally, taking shortcuts by using the existing smooth edge, and they are not properly cleaning the area when installing the new carpet. Thank you.
