My husband is a veteran and has his appointments here. Great people work here!
husbands appointment time was 8 am. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrived at 7:45 doors were locked. 7:50 received a text asking if he had arrived. He answered and started the check in process, then was told that the system was outdated and go check in at the front desk. 8:01 doors still locked. He left. VA called our home. I explained that doors were locked. Woman said doors were open at 7:50. Husbands tells me there were 2 other gentlemen still waiting when he decided to leave. After 8 AM.
