This place is exceptionally clean and secure. They have a lot of rolling carts to use. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They’ve contacted me within a couple of hours when we’ve forgot to lock the unit and notified us well in advance when doing renovations. I highly recommend them.
I just wanted to let you know the staff at Cranberry Self Storage is 11/10! Very helpful, friendly and so personable!, and dog lovers!!! as that's my occupation.There facility is immaculate and easy access to your unit. I had a short stay with them but definitely will return when I'm back in the area again. Thanks again! David
The owners are fantastic, always going above and beyond. One night one of the staff members came up to tell me the office was closing in 15 minutes if I needed to use the restroom before they locked up! The fees are reasonable and the only time it has increased, it has been a manageable amount with plenty of notice! Highly recommend them!
I can't believe I'm enthusing over a storage company, but our experience with this local, family-owned business has been nothing but exceptional. Clean, well-maintained, and the most helpful, friendly people you could hope for. They truly deserve every star.
