If I could give less stars I would. My family (2 adults 2 children) have been going here for many years. Recently we’ve had nothing but issues. Yesterday my adult child called to ask questions about doing a release form. First off if you switch to a different place they won’t release your info after you’ve signed the papers they take up to 30 days for your doctor to either deny or approve the release. I've been a patient of Cranberry Psychological Center for some time. Recently, I was told that my therapist would be leaving the practice. The problem I have is not that my therapist is leaving, my problem is how I was told. I was sent a letter by the office telling me that she was leaving and that they had my psychological well-being in mind.
