Be careful. The sales pitch was impressive but it went downhill from there. Told me they would bill the insurance company directly. During the contract singing there was a list of "additional" charges. one of them was an ?? hours ?? based fee for processing claims. The sales woman from cranberry acted surprised when I questioned it and said she wasn't sure what it meant (really ?). I was told that they only hired the cream of the crop for home health aids. I have to say i've been working in the workforce for about 30 years and i have never been treated like this. From the front desk to HR to all the way to owner. These individuals are very professional at their job but they go beyond to make your journey of this profession to go smoothly. This company cares about their clients but also their employees unheard of in my experience out there. When they talk about flexibility its true you work the shifts you want and they give you option of other shifts at higher pay to pick up. T... read more
