Took 5 months for them to come and do the job. The board layer filled the house with dust and sawdust. The dust connector wasn’t working apparently. He left the bedroom doors open knowing this and filled them with dust, the hall, the bathroom and kitchen. I walked into the house the air was thick with dust, I went to the layer and he said it’s a bit smoky isn’t it. Surely can’t be that stupid. If I could give a minus score it would be more suitable to the job and the mess. Get another company to do your work.
Excellent service from the time I initially entered the showroom. Arrived on schedule to install. Promptly completed the installation in a systematic manner. Installers were polite and helpful. One thing they did which really impressed was the put a strip of the old carpet from the driveway across the lawn to the front steps to ensure they did not carrying grass and dirt inside. Very considerate. Would definitely recommend Cramptons.
Recently carpeted a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen lino as well. Very good service and work. Recommended.
