I had someone hit the doors on my brand new MG4 Ev when they were making I 3 point turn in Warwick street, they didn't stop and left without leaving details, we made an appointment with Cramp Bros as we didn't need 3 quotes if we used them. We bought our car in at the allocated time, they fixed it a day early. I was referred to Cramp Bros. Bodyworks through my insurance for repairs on my car. They booked my drop-off for Monday, 10/11, with pickup scheduled for today, 14/11. When I called, I was surprised to learn that the car was not actually fully repaired. I was told over the phone that one wheel still needed work and that another part was missing from the supplier’s stock.
