Jarel is THE BEST manager hands down!!! He's so professional and so helpful. Also, Ashley is so helpful and sweet. She knows what she's doing and is extremely professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.
I have used Cramer Pest Control several times for Termite Inspections. I have been very happy with their technicians and office staff. They are my go to company!
Was happy for 2 years even though technician always changed. The second to last visit, broken tops on termite traps not changed and replaced. Not even sure they where checked. Last visit was the same. Broken tops not changed, not sure all traps where checked and technician left side gait open and when we let our German shepherds out that night, they got to roam the neighborhood. Was even charged for the visit and still unsure if all traps where checked. They offered me a free visit, but not someone coming out to see if first... read more
