Dishonest and unprofessional. On Saturday the 13th of December 2025 our 10 month old ducted air conditioning system stopped working. I rang Cramer & Neill, but as it was the weekend he would report it to be booked in for a callout on Monday. I received a text message on Monday to say they would come the following day, which they did. Ants had eaten into the wiring and new replacements parts were needed. Absolute Nightmare….Initial work installing daikin split systems was carried out to a very unacceptable and poor standard. Inside Aircon units were damaged and misaligned. Outdoor were fitted in wrong position 3x times before it was done right (3sets of holes drilled in walls) brackets on wall were left loose and missing fastening nuts. Outdoor unit was making a loud noise on start up. Damage was caused to roof of house requiring sheets to be removed and 2 new wooden beams put in. Work took 3 months to complete.
