I have never before given anyone a review below 3 stars, and it does not bring me any joy give such a poor review with this long-established local company. Expensive... Just read other recent reviews, and could not agree more with so many of the comments. This firm installed our air con system when we built our house in 2014, and we have called upon them a handful of times whenever we have had a problem. Paid $300 for chemical clean and 4 weeks later another &300 for them to diagnose broken fan and board that will cost $1800 to fix. $600 later and now I have to buy a new unit.
Dishonest and unprofessional. On Saturday the 13th of December 2025 our 10 month old ducted air conditioning system stopped working. I rang Cramer & Neill, but as it was the weekend he would report it to be booked in for a callout on Monday. I received a text message on Monday to say they would come the following day, which they did. Ants had eaten into the wiring and new replacements parts were needed.
