I have never before given anyone a review below 3 stars, and it does not bring me any joy give such a poor review with this long-established local company. Expensive... Just read other recent reviews, and could not agree more with so many of the comments. This firm installed our air con system when we built our house in 2014, and we have called upon them a handful of times whenever we have had a problem. Call out fee alone cost almost as much as we recently paid for a far more professional local firm to come out and fix our ... read more

Paid $300 for chemical clean and 4 weeks later another &300 for them to diagnose broken fan and board that will cost $1800 to fix. $600 later and now I have to buy a new unit.
