My experience with Crain Roofing began in February when they were out to look at a leak my neighbor was experiencing in the adjoining townhouse. Someone came to my door and told me they noticed a few issues with my roof and gave me their business card. However, there was no pressure. We recently had a roof replacement done by Crain Roofing. They offered the lowest quote and were very accommodating with adjustments to meet our needs. However, there were a few issues worth noting. We ordered an upgraded material which was (accidentally) not installed. We wouldn't have even known had I not noticed it myself during the installation.
