Crain Realty did a fantastic job representing us, Bob was patient, knowledgeable, and walked us they every step. I am not very computer savvy and Bob would bring me the papers go over them and also brought me to the escrow office. I highly recommend this company. We also got $200,000 more than I expected! What a great transaction!
