Very good to deal with. Salesman Will, was very helpful. And had good knowledge of vehicles. General manager, Cecil gave us deal we wanted. Plan on returning to Crain for next vehicle. Very easy-going purchase, no pressure from salesmen. Thanks
Advertised a different vehicle than what was there when I went to look at it. Raised the price by $3,000 from the advertised price. Had a cracked rear lens because of a previous rear end accident which was on the CARFAX Report. When I called a few days later and told them about the damaged lens, they said that I must have done it and refused to talk to me about replacing it. Crain mazda service. Bought a car over 30 days ago. No title yet to get tags. Salesman did not go over the new car with me.
Bait and switch internet pricing. Price higher in person (even after confirmed call that price was found on Crain website). This was used as a way to pad haggling ability in their part. Hugh hassle when debit card was "declined" for down payment but charged showed up anyway. Did not return phone calls seeking clarification and was told it was the "system" that was at fault. They took 0 responsibility. Very disappointed in service.
They cheated on a vehicle and sold a Mellon to us not good customer service at all they are bad at it and will not even reply or text to to you once seal is done they charge you wrong prices and now as a customer we are stuck
