~$1300 for a very poor experience... They kept my car over three weeks for a three hour fix, lied multiple times about calling me with an update, lied about timeframes for when I could get my car from them, and found my weekly struggles without a car amusing over the phone.. People warned me about Crain's service quality, but I didn't have a choice but to take my vehicle there. Never again.. Sadly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for your servicing needs.
