If you decide to look for a KIA in NW Arkansas, make sure to ask for Andrew Sims. We went in to just to look around but Andrew had every answer to our question, has such a no-pressure demeanor and was the most enjoyable…dare I say entertaining car sales experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t know it was possible - but we left with a new vehicle same day (never in my life have I done that).
Raylynn at Crain Kia was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my needs while humoring and engaging my dad who was forced to tag along to look at the EV9. She was kind, compassionate, and really took time to listen to my needs and what I wanted. She also did everything in her power to offer me the best deal possible!
