Crain Kia of Bentonville is the worst place. After years of bring my Kia in for service they have upset me to my core. Called yesterday about my so called new battery that is failing after only 7 months. I explained am going on a road trip and needed them to look at the situation. The went into how they would HAVE TO TEST the car to find the reason why a new battery is going bad. I mentioned that the company that tested the battery said I should talk to whom ever installed the battery as it might not be grounded properly.... read more
I have to give 5 stars to Austin at Crain Kia. I haven’t purchased a vehicle in almost 10 years and he made the process absolutely painless. We had inquired about a car we found online. It was after hours and he sent an email and got in touch the next morning. Told us all we needed to know about the vehicle and we drove 2 and a half hours to test drive. Bought the car in the spot. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
Very helpful salesman, I was especially impressed with their Manager Mr.Jerry Parker he was comforting and made me feel assured that I was doing business with outstanding people. He made me feel like I wasn't just a customer but family.
