Absolutely do NOT EVER recommend! I took my truck to Crain due to a oil leak after just buying it in November of last year (WITH warranty). NOTED: The ONLY reason I took it there was because we bought it threw them! After getting a estimate on it they sent me a email saying it would cost $992.99 (due to warranty not covering it) which I was fine paying. I got estimate threw someone else which would cost me way less ($650) so decided not to go with Crain. Then after "diagnosing" it they charged me $199 to just look at my truc... read more
