Purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon in June. 1st- very pleased with the vehicle. Comfortable. I'm getting better mpg than the sticker stated. Main purpose of my review is for the Crain Hyundai service shop. Due to a date mixup- I arrived at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Chase Croy was very helpful in getting what I needed after service on my vehicle was completed! My car is a necessity to me and he/they treated me as if I were special to them and as if my car were the only car there for service that day!
Shady service department. I was quoted $230 for a diag and agreeed to the price. When it came time to pay, the price and diag were double what I approved. I work for another Hyundai dealership and know how the process goes- if they’ll overcharge me that much, knowing I have knowledge on the processes, I can’t imagine the way they’re charging unsuspecting customers.
Absolute worst experience I have had with a service department. The intake process (I was on the schedule and was early) the tech the manager all gave a poor performance. I will not go back nor make a purchase from this dealership, period.
