Had an appointment at 1:45 got there a little early ended up having to wait till almost 3:30 before I was hit with potentially needing both rear and front brakes. Replaced air filter all this extra stuff. Asked for a tire rotation, a detailing, and my wiper blades changed they didn’t even change my back wiper blades. They didn’t do any detailing to my seats nor to any of my floorboards except for my driver side. Service department needs some serious work. If you schedule a service visit, be prepared to wait hours upon hours on your car.. take a sleeping bag.
I’ve bought 30 rigs from Crain Automotive Group with some being 80,000+$ and not one time until today I was denied test driving a car until I pulled into this lot today. They asked to put in a damn credit app before you can even open the door to look at the inside of it! It’s a 2018 60k suv, it’s not a new lambo. Most insane thing I’ve ever heard of. Did not honor prices on their website and tried used car sales tactics to pressure me into buying. Ended up going to N. Little Rock where they honored pricing from Conway. I should have checked reviews before driving an hour and a half. So many 1 star ratings.
