I would not suggest having Chris Long as your sales person. I live out of state and had a good friend in Arkansas go look at and test drive a car on Tuesday. I called Chris after friend said it was a nice vehicle in great condition. They were not willing to negotiate the price. My husband said ok anyway on Thursday. I tried for two days to contact Chris, but he did not return a call or text me. I had the price down and extended warranty and trade in before we went to the dealership to test drive and everything thing was good but I was not able to do the paperwork there so I drove the Santa Cruz home and two days later we did the paperwork over the computer and that is we’re the sales manager put in a$250 deductible for the extended warranty which already paid $3160 for warranty and he said that is how they make money.
