Doesn’t return phone calls, keeps transferring multiple times until a voicemail picks up then no call back. Ignores vehicle concerns.
The best dealership! The other dealerships I tried couldn't get me approved for anything with my situation, but my salesman was, as he put it, "a miracle worker!". Well, as promised, he delivered a miracle and I ended up with my dream car in just over an hour! So quick and the sweetest service.
I bought a 2024 Toyota Tundra with 32k miles a couple of weeks ago (March 19th). I had only driven the truck a handful of times since I was out of town for spring break for a week. After returning from Spring Break, the truck broke down on Sunday the 30th. I had it towed to a local yard. On Monday, I call both Crain Service Department and Toyota.
