Sold my dad and I a used 2021 Buick that had a bad transmission. Bought at 60k mileage now 4 months later we are spending 8k on a new transmission. Won’t answer any of our calls or get back to us after leaving voicemails.
Great Service team. Everyone is friendly and waiting area is nice. They estimate time service should take accurately. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water and snacks provided free of charge.
I'm really disappointed. We bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 there back in May. On the way home, I noticed the navigation/stereo screen was cracked and it kept jumping around to different screens. Even hanging up on calls randomly. I immediately reached out to the salesman. He said just bring it in and they would take care of it. He has said multiple times that they would fix or replace it.
