A cautionary tale, let me start there. I called while I was in North Little Rock and I asked them how far away they were and they said 30 minutes. I asked them specifically about a vehicle. They told me they had it there on the lot it was available. I told them that I would be coming they said they would have it for me at the lot so when I got there, so I can start looking at it. We had to wait several hours to have our repair done. It was not under warranty, so we paid a lot to have it done. We were offered a loaner car so we wouldn't have to sit there and wait. We took the offer, but they failed to tell us they charge $50 for that service!! They did a good job on the repair, but I don't completely trust them, partially because we are new here and don't know their reputation. Partially because they didn't tell us about the loan vehicle!

Sold my dad and I a used 2021 Buick that had a bad transmission. Bought at 60k mileage now 4 months later we are spending 8k on a new transmission. Won’t answer any of our calls or get back to us after leaving voicemails.
