I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this one was earned. My hope is that sharing this experience helps another customer avoid finding themselves in the same situation. We purchased a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership and returned on June 6, 2026 for recall work and to diagnose an intermittent no-start issue that had already stranded my fiancée and our 17-month-old child multiple times, including once at a stoplight. Bought my vehicle here with I believe Terreck. Worst car buying experience of my life. Tried to tell me he didn’t know inventory on lot, tried to sell me a different c vehicle than the one I picked, had to come back several times, ended up with 3,000$ warranty I didn’t not need or want and almost 10% interest rate—that must have been best for him and his finance team. Never again. Stay away!
Koren was incredible. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he did so on his day off. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, truly.
