Beware pricing tactics! There was a hang tag in the car with a different price and they refused to honor the price. They gave many reasons for not honoring it, but at the end of the day, they don't take care of their customers. Awful customer service. Edit for owner response: this is the correct store, and I was working directly with Management so they are fully aware of the situation. Please feel free to follow up with your team reading the incident.
The whole time at the dealership was less than 3 hours. From our salesman Corey to the finance manager Billy the process was quick and smooth. We left extremely satisfying our new Hyundai Elantra. I recommend them highly to anyone looking at cars.
Be sure to understand that buying a car here maybe ok, but getting a title from them. Don’t hold your breath. The paper tag runs out August 6th and I’m still waiting. I’m to get it maybe Monday the 3rd per FedEx. I also tried 3 different days to ask question about this trying sales and finance. No one would answer the phone. Darren and Tre were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and the finance manager was equally exceptional. My vehicle had to be transported from Fayetteville to their dealership, and they handled everything seamlessly. When I noticed that a few items were missing compared to the vehicle I originally test drove, I was understandably disappointed.
