I agree with the other reviews that the sales staff and experience are great, but the service department is awful. They promise to cover things under warranty, but when it comes time to actually do so, they will back out and leave you with the bill. Corporate Genesis is not any better. Buyer beware if you ever have a problem!
CONSUMERS BEWARE - BYPASS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PLEASE. MY VEHICLE WAS SABOTAGED. If you read these reviews it’s consistent, everyone is happy when they buy, but absolutely mortified once they have to encounter the “service department.” Since there is not an option for negative or zero stars, I'll give this establishment the lowest rating possible. Great service. Sales and service employees were all personable and knowledgeable. Love my car so much we bought my husband one when we went to pick up my car.
I purchased my car from them and just went in for my 1st service. Both experiences were the best.
