I just dropped my car off today for the first time to be serviced since I bought it. I didn't have a appointment but they told me to bring it by & they would squeeze me in. They said they'd let me know when it was ready, but they never called me & they've already closed for the night. As a new customer I am regretting ever doing business with this company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
CONSUMERS BEWARE - BYPASS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PLEASE. MY VEHICLE WAS SABOTAGED. If you read these reviews it’s consistent, everyone is happy when they buy, but absolutely mortified once they have to encounter the “service department.” Since there is not an option for negative or zero stars, I'll give this establishment the lowest rating possible. BAD dealership! Stay away! No morals, No Ethics and no sense of doing the right thing. These people improperly improperly fixed my car and shipped it back to me and it drove 100 feet and stopped then I had to ship it BACK and they would not so much as give me a free oil change. I was without my car for DAYS! They could not care less and then when I called then out on it their solution was to tell me I can't be a customer. LOL They broke my car and got called out and made themselves the victim..STAY AWAY!
