Very Friendly All the staff at Crain Ford Jacksonviller were very friendly. They were a big help in explaining how my Explorer functions. They demonstrated the parallel parking which was a little scary (not in a bad way), just amazing a car can do that! This is the first time I have every owned a FORD and so far it has been great.
RIP OFF COMPLETELY This place is a nightmare. I traded in a new Ford Edge, because of a divorce and was pressured into buying a Ford Fusion. They wanted the Ford Edge because they knew they had it sold. They didn't get my contract right on the fusion and after 3 months of calling and asking them to get my payment right with Ford Credit nothing was ever done. I took the car back and gave them the keys and now they have turned me over to a collection agency wanting $7,000.00. Give me a break. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT HONES... read more
