I called checking prices for my 100000 mile service 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I called and made appointment and ask about prices and amount of time it would take. Took my truck in today, 15 minutes before my scheduled service time. They ended up taking 5 hours not 4 hours as I had been told twice prior. The bill was $400. over what they had stated, they didn't complete all service because they didn't have time, and the did an oil change not requested ( I had an oil change done 3 weeks prior with the sticker on windshield, whi... read more
