Purchased my new Ford Escape to replace my wrecked Ford Escape. Return customer. Staff is top notch in all aspects. Chad set up my Ford app for me, now i can start my car remotely. He also returned my rental to Enterprise for me. Have always been pleased with the customer service.

Crain Ford in Warren has been fantastic at getting my service done in a timely fashion each time I have had them service my vehicle. Since I purchased the vehicle there, I have only had them do my service. I like the dealership handling my oil changes and other service needs. It gives me a level of trust that only comes from dealerships.

I called checking prices for my 100000 mile service 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I called and made appointment and ask about prices and amount of time it would take. Took my truck in today, 15 minutes before my scheduled service time. They ended up taking 5 hours not 4 hours as I had been told twice prior.
