This man Steve Crain is a crook! He has properties that he rents out. He doesnt ever fix anything, he wont address other tenant issues unless he likes you. He lies about monies put into his rental account for rent paid to him, exactly why he has tenants put money in his rental account at PSB in Sayre, Pa so the tenant just gets a receipt for each payment, not a full rental payment history.
