Although I wasn't present during what my husband considered a not so pleasant experience. He was not pleased with the way he was greeted, he brought my vehicle in for a service and was told he couldn't stay on the premises and wait for it to be completed. Just bought a brand new 2026 Chevrolet and the back of it was covered up. The floorboard was all cut up, but they covered it up with the floor mat so we wouldn’t see it and now they’re saying they’re not doing nothing about it and they supposedly said all of them comes cut up like that who wants a car where the cut up floorboard get a hold of me please
Scheduled an oil change (just an oil change no tire rotations or anything) at 10:00AM. Sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours before they told me they just started. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment? No respect for people’s time. I do not recommend going if you need a timely oil change.
I literally just got off the phone with the sales manager Lamar, I believe his name was. He was beyond rude and aggressive when you didn’t say the things that he wanted to hear. His biggest issue is when I told him that I would not be financing through the dealership because I have my own preapproval. Granted, I didn’t start off with this information but regardless, He abruptly hung up in my face.
