We took our Cadillac to GMC Springdale for service after making an appointment for May 14th at 10 AM, and since then I have been without a vehicle. My husband dropped the car off that morning and asked an employee where to take it, and the response he got was very rude and dismissive.That same day we received a service link, but nothing was done to the vehicle. Bought a truck a couple of weeks ago, the condition I received the truck in was not what you’d expect, but I didn’t have time that day to deal with it. When I reached back out to my salesman Alonso he completely ignored me asking if I could get it detailed since the truck was dirty when I had bought it. I find it completely unprofessional to tell me that the truck would be detailed and to ignore me when I reached out to find out why it had not been. I would not recommend him as your salesman.
