Excellent communication, fast, efficient and friendly
Everything went well, as far as I’m aware of, with my vehicle; however, I was never given an exact quote on how much everything would be before the process. I was told initially $399 for the transmission fluid whenever I scheduled the appointment. When I asked again while dropping the vehicle off, I was quoted $299. The end total was the $399, but it was misleading being told the incorrect price. Tony was great and took great care of my vehicle. Communication and service were both excellent.
Made an appt to test drive a vehicle, car wasnt there when I arrived, I had a preapproval from my bank, he starts putting papers in my face wanting me to sign them. The car wasnt even on their lot! It was at their other store in Fayetteville! It took me over an hour to finally even get to see the car. Also they had upped the price between the time I booked my appt and the time I got there had to fight to get the price I had booked it at.
