We weren't taken serious about issues the first time my car was in the shop for the engine light coming on in less than 24hrs they tried to just clear it til my husband explained he already did that, so then they replaced the hose, took them 3-4 days, I also told them of a transmission issue they ignored it gave the car back. If I could give less I absolutely would beware of the place. They are literally the laziest group of people we've ever dealt with. They kept our car held up for 5 weeks for 2 days worth of work and a week worth of waiting on parts. My car sat in the parking lot till we were forced to call corporate to find out what the deal was. They refused to communicate with us let aline tell us what was wrong with the dang thing. They ALL treated us as if we were the incompetent ones when the only thing we needed was correct information ... read more

Good service, oil change, recall fix, and a fuel filter; forgot to reset the % meter for the fuel filter but my service advisor, Tony, answered the call and talked me through a reset in just a few seconds. Appreciate it!
