Needed a tire rotation along with oil change. Technician, Jessie at Cornelia, GA location was able to fit in this extra service despite stating this store was running a short staff of only 3 techs. Props to Jessie and the other two for going the extra mile and able to provide the additional tire service!
They broke a car part and then the cross threaded a screw then they tested my battery when i told them not too because I know my battery good because I just bought it and they took my motor cover off my car and did not put it back on so i call them they said oh yea it is right here so i drive back to get it and then they told me that they dont have it oh yea they also put stickers on the bottom of my mirrors on my car without my permission i just wish i would NOT have never went there and i will not go back there expect to g... read more
The business was open early, no waiting and they completed the inspection of my car and the oil change within 15 minutes. They did not try to sell me additional services but did show me my filter and told me it would last at least until the next required oil change. That was refreshing.
What a world of difference great job and great employees compared to the last it I used the a few years ago
