We called Craig's TV to service our 32 in. Toshiba after we read the reviews of another TV service we called originally. Craig's road tech came to the house, made a diagnosis of the problem and an estimate to repair......which was totally different from the other TV service ...and less expensive. The rep took the TV to the shop (not having the part on hand) and in a matter of just a few hours, they called to say the set was repaired. They delivered it back too us the NEXT afternoon in perfect working condition. I cannot tell... read more

Totally Disappointed. Would never recommend! – I went there with the promise that they would do all they could do! First they told me that they could fix it for $ (an amount). Then two days later they took my $50.00 deposit! And asked me if I wanted to though the unit out! Unless you have money to though away, stay away! I understand the people are hungry for money. But don't steal it!

Simply the best!! – Craig's professionalism, honesty and integrity is such that you do not want to even consider contacting anyone else for big-screen tv repairs. The technician from Craig's was awesome in that the problem was solved in the home and we were up and running "post haste". And their pricing is indeed fair!! (This was soooo different from our 1st estimate to repair this same problem in that the repair charge was huge - with an additional "handling fee" of $50 each way to haul this entire set to their repair facil... read more

I love this place ! – Our TV stopped having a picture, we called around to other TV Repair places that told us our tv was junk and would cost a small fortune to get fixed. I called Craig's and they were happy to look at our TV, had the parts in stock and we had our tv back in one day! And it didn't cost us small fortune either.I highly recommend Craig's to everyone!

Craigs TV Has Moved to a new loacation – We moved one mile away. We are now at 39565 Mound Rd. One quarter mile north of 17 mile on the west side of Mound Rd in the L.A. Coney Plaza.
