Unknowledgeable technician. Doesn't know anything more than the BASICS on new technology. An amateur could do a better job of figuring out a problem. What a JOKE. Posted reviews likely FAKED. Don't waste your money!!
No help and rude. My tv stopped turning on, it was stick on the tv brand logo screen. When it did this the remote or buttons on the tv did nothing. I would need to unplug it to turn it off. I did some research on my own, and what I found is I may have a bad capacitor, on my main board. I tried to order a new main board, but it is discontinued from the tv manufacture.
