This auto service center has been a steady, wonderful, local place in our community. Those at the center touched many lives without even knowing it.
I've been going to Craig's for roughly 10 years, and have never been treated with anything but respect. They are very attentive, fair and candid. I loved entrusting my cars to them. Theemployees who continue there are much the same. They do professional work at reasonable prices. I've never felt that I was being sold.
I get my oil, my inspection & emission done every time at craig's. It's great fast work. Would go to this place again
I have taken my cars here for the last 3 years. They have done everything from quick fixes to a new transmission. The repairs have been great and fast turn around time. This is a true family owned American business. I have full trust in Craig's service.

Fast & inexpensive – Our sway bars and ball joints were bad, making our front end pretty noisy. I brought the car in to Craig's in the morning and it was fixed later that evening.
They know service – I have been taking my cars to Craig's for over 20 years and I have always received Friendly Customer Service. They always take care of my needs, explain what is going on, give me options, and fix things the first time. I have sent many people to Craig's and they have all become long-term customers.
Very good service – I'm from NYC and in Salt Lake for a summer course. Before taking the long drive home, I looked up service stations on the internet and found Craig's. On some other websites you might see a scathing (bad) review or two, but ignore them. They were professional, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. You'll be charged a reasonable fee that's a little higher than the chain service stations, but it will be worth it.
