If you're reading these reviews, you must have septic tank problems. These are the folks you want! Kyle and Brian were on time, highly skilled, very courteous, and professional. Throughout the entire process they walked me through what they were doing and why they were doing it. I appreciate how respectful they were. One of our toilets has been flushing slowly for the last two weeks. I knew it was time to get our septic pumped, so I called Craig's. I am so very glad that I did! They came on time and got straight to work. They maintained social distancing and were respectful by asking about dogs / other pets being indoors while they worked. Craig's Septic is the best, very reliable, they provide outstanding service that wont break the bank. Known them for 12 plus years and I strongly reccomend them for any of your septic services
I highly recommend them because they not only were respectful of my time but also my money! I knew nothing about septics until they came out. We apparently have a leak in our home that was causing our tank to fill crazy fast and not drain correctly. Instead of saying you need something expensive they helped me problem solve and figure out it's a leak. They are very honest and didn't talk down to me. They are reasonably priced and want to educate you so you don't have to call with an expensive problem!
You won’t get better service from anyone else. Would recommend them every time and wouldn’t use any other company. Top notch!
