I have been in roofing and sheetmetal fabrication for over 40yrs. Craig has critisized my work, as how bad it looked, and that it's a joke, now I know weatherproofing, and quality work, Curtis after looking at some of the pictures of his work I really have issues with #1 valleys on composition roofs he uses CHEAP comp valleys meaning he does not have to purchase metal, which I have used 100% of the time, it adds to the cost of the job, but you get a far superior roof with no worries of a comp valley will have, BUYER BEWARE
New $19,000 roof and a leak on the very first rain. Texted Craig about it and he came out the next day. Leak wasnt from the vent stack he sealed it was from an area where old flashing was used. He failed to repair it and then got angry when i confronted him on the repair. He told me to sue him if i wanted my money back. Now im left with a leaking roof and damaged ceiling. Great customer service!
I own the company, this is my 37 th consecutive year roofing , when I am done I don’t believe you can buy a better job, some of these reviews are completely false and from people Ive never worked for, as I said I own the company and I run it, I don’t have salespeople you deal directly with me, one review from Trdltly called me a scam, he wanted me to install a roof over another architectural roof, it is not recommended and will not last but he was selling the house so it didn’t matter to him, quality is everything to me and ... read more
We did not have a good experience with this roofing company. The owner did not supervise the job or show up until the end. The job took longer that expected and quality of work was sub par. The owner became rude and insulting when questioned about aspects of the job. Also, cleanup was almost not existent. They left nails in the yard and driveway. I do not recommend this company based my experience.
