initially had my car at another shop for repairs, but there was a separate issue they were unable to diagnose. Someone from Craig’s took a look and advised me to bring the car in, stating it appeared to be an electrical issue. When I dropped the car off, I was told there would be a $100 diagnostic fee, which would be applied toward any repairs. That seemed reasonable and standard. I totally agree with all the 1 reviews ...with 1 being generous! I took my car in for service a few years ago on the advice of another very reputable auto repair shop and it was a huge mistake! I really hope they're not still referring customers to Craig's Auto Electric, If they are, shame on them as I informed them of my horrible experience with Craig's! My dad and I take all of our cars here. It is an amazing experience. They are very friendly and don't rip people off and actually fix the car! It's one safe place that a woman can actually bring her vehicle to.
Once again Craig’s Auto Electric takes care of my truck. In my opinion, the best place around to take my vehicles.
