Quality work, well done 100%. VERY CLEAN cut in the concrete - no inside dust at all!!! Window details were completed nicely and professionally. Interior and exterior looks great!!!

We had Craigo install one typical egress window and another one where they had to remove a wood stove and a pipe going through the foundation wall. Craig and Chase did an excellent job in a timely manner. They even repaired the drywall from the stove removal and fixed the sprinkler lines that were required to be cut. Awesome guys and great work.
TL;DR: Craigo lost a legal suit against me and has refused to pay. I contacted Craigo on a referral that he could cut a door in the basement of our house. Though I only got him to talk on the phone once, he agreed he could do the job and then communicated primarily over text after that. He agreed to come when my in-laws would be available to meet him, and no-showed twice before showing up the third day.
