The apartment complex is not kept up. Any repairs that the apartment needs, takes months, IF they come to fix anything.The building has a very bad odor and they're very old and they are not kept up. The carpeting is gross. The pool is nice.

I am a college student looking for my first real apartment by myself and Annie, the property manager, has been the absolute BEST. She is very communicative, patient, and kind. I found out that I won't be able to move as early as expected due to unforseen circumstances, and Annie was able to quickly transfer me to an identical apartment a couple of months out so that I had time to get everything ready and situated. So grateful to have such a wonderful person helping me get my first apartment.

Trash everywhere. Live alone, don’t even run my dishwasher but pay $100 a month in water bill Raised my rent by 41%. No flood lights on buildings in complex. They have burned out and not been replaced

I live at Craigmont for 10 years (just moved recently). Loved my time here. The location is a huge plus with so much shopping (Oak Park Mall, Target and plenty of shops on 95th st), quick access to 69 Highway and yet the tree lined residential neighborhood gives the complex a quite and easy going feel. The building is older but renovations and improvements are always being done. Annie in the office does a wonderful job and was always helpful with any maintenance or management needs.
