I love this place! We've never had a pest problem, I feel very safe here, the staff is so beyond helpful and attendant, and maintenance is always on top of things! Would recommend this place to anyone :)
I'm writing this review regarding the condition of Craigmont Apartment Complex- The hallway windows have broken glass, the carpets are stained and filthy. Water accumulates in the basement laundry room due to a broken sump pump. Smells terrible. The walls in the hallways have large holes that have not been repaired after management was made aware. I have lived at Craigmont for almost a year. The management does NOT take care of repairs or tenant issues in a timely manner. The apartments are very Dilapidated neglected. I will not be renewing lease not worth the price .
