i love living here! fiancé and i are very happy with management. quickly got maintenance over when we were locked out our apartment and even followed up to make sure us and our pets who were locked inside were okay! neighbors are friendly, place is always clean, management is always helpful. 🤎
The removal of security locks from entry doors has compromised the safety of tenants at this complex ,as it allows unrestricted access to main hallways. Firecrackers were tossed into the hallway that could have easily caused a fire, putting the safety of all tenants in the building at risk. Not a safe complex for tenants!
I do not live here. I took a tour. Rent is LESS THAN $900 for a 2 bedroom. I was shown the laundry room which was in the basement. It was one set of coin operated washer and dryer and I was told it was shared with multiple units. The reviews say the apartments are spacious but the one I saw seemed small. Always tour your unit before moving in to see if it will work for you.
