Sat 10 hours in A&E and was told it would be several hours before I could be seen Ended up leaving and getting help somewhere else I would suggest in going to another hospital if you can or just never put a complaint in I believe cause I had put a complaint in several years earlier I get second class treatment now

I was served at the coffee bar as you come in by a lovely girl Jodie on a recent trip. Fantastic customer service, nothing was too much.
Hospital and staff are a waste of tax payers money. One rule for one patient and different for others. “Nurses” are stuck up and half of them haven’t a clue what they are meant to be doing, more worried about their make up and lip fillers. Doctors and receptionists are no better. God forbid anyone that really needs to use this hospital.
