Warning to anyone considering this practice: This is one of the most unorganized medical offices I have ever experienced. I was scheduled for a total knee replacement, only to be told the day before surgery that paperwork from my primary care physician was still missing. The staff admitted they had been “trying to reach” my doctor all week but never once called me directly to assist. By the time I found out, it was too late.
